Returns and Refund Policy
You may return unwanted items within 14 days of receipt. Item(s) returned should be unused, unopened with all parts inclusive, in its original condition & packaging. Returns must be in a re-sellable condition. Any free item(s) that came with the returned item(s) also need to be returned.
All returns must be accompanied with a valid JHSmart Ltd proof of purchase receipt or dispatch confirmation email or invoice including your order reference number. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure that they are returned in a suitable & protective packaging. Where an item is damaged or returned other than as per our stated requirements, JHSmart Ltd reserves the right to dispute and refuse redress (replacement, repair or refund) accordingly.
Please note: Unfortunately, you can't return swimwear, undergarments, pierced jewellery, personalised or bespoke items, items which deteriorate or expire rapidly, magazines, items that are sealed for hygiene reasons, perishable goods, perfumes, software products, computer games, music, DVDs with the seal broken or any items that have been inseparably mixed after delivery. All personalised items, including football shirts and boots, are non-refundable.
For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following items, unless they are returned sealed and unopened in their original packaging. This includes: Mattresses, Mattress Toppers, Mattress & Bedding Protectors, Duvets & duvet covers, Pillows and pillow cases, bedsheets, bedspreads, throws and blankets.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We ensure that all your purchases reach you in good condition. Where the delivered item is damaged, then please refuse the delivery.
In the event where you believe a faulty item is received, you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights.
You can either return your items purchased online to our stores by visiting our stores in person, or by sending returns by post / courier at your own expenses. JHSmart Ltd will not be responsible and liable for any re-imbursements or expenses for any items returned to us.
Returned items that we receive, will be inspected and if confirmed faulty by us, we will issue a suitable form of redress – replacement / repair / refund accordingly. If an item is not faulty, or is in dispute, following our inspection and approval, then we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. Items will then have to be sent back to customer at their own expense once shipping costs are received from the customer.
Once we have received the return item(s) back to our store, it will be checked by us. If it meets our return policy conditions, upon approval we will then offer a refund for this item. Refunds will be applied to the payment method that was used to purchase the item(s).
If returning an online order at the store, please have the bank card used to place the order with you in order to avail of a refund. We reserve the right to refuse redress if the return falls outside of our returns policy / terms & conditions.
Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. Card payments can take up to 7-10 days to appear back in your account.
